NOJA Power Test Laboratory achieves ISO/IEC17025 Accreditation

Australian Engineering firm NOJA Power is celebrating their high voltage laboratories’ accreditation to ISO/IEC 17025:2017. This accreditation grants the NOJA Power Test Laboratory the rights to issue type test certificates for a suite of electrical and mechanical tests.

Accordingly, the NOJA Power Test Laboratory is now certified to provide type testing services on electrical switchgear and mechanical assemblies, such as:

The accredited laboratory is situated in Brisbane, Australia, at NOJA Power’s corporate headquarters and manufacturing campus.

“NOJA Power has operated our high voltage laboratory now for 11 years for our own internal R&D purposes,” says NOJA Power Group Managing Director Neil O’Sullivan.“ Supported by 3rd party calibration services our independent experienced laboratory team are now capable of not only certifying our future product developments but also offering independent testing and calibration services to our customers and electrical equipment manufacturers.”
“This is a great credit to the NOJA Power Test Laboratory and shows the high standard of work produced,” reports NOJA Power Test Laboratory Manager Sam Griffiths.“ This will also open up a variety of different possibilities for the test laboratory.”

With the laboratory accreditation secured, NOJA Power is accepting laboratory bookings from Q1 2021.
