Health & Wellbeing
Award Winners for NOJA Power's Staff Health and Wellbeing Program.
NOJA Power maintains an ongoing Health and Wellbeing program which was founded in 2012. After seven years in operation, NOJA Power’s program for health and wellbeing has grown to be among the best in the home state of Queensland in Australia.
During 2017, NOJA Power was awarded with two awards in the Queensland Safe Work and Return to Work Awards, for both best Workplace Health and Wellbeing Initiative and the best demonstrated leadership in workplace health and safety.
Cadetships
Developing the Future Engineering Generation.
NOJA Power offers cadetships for aspiring engineers. Applications are open to Year 12 students looking to move to Brisbane Australia to study Engineering in the fields of Electrical, Mechanical, Software or Mechatronics.
Cadets who successfully complete their studies are awarded bonuses to cover tuition, along with weekly work experience at NOJA Power in real projects solving real challenges.
